Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Please allow 1 to 2 Business Days for orders to be processed.

ALL Shipped orders will receive tracking information in their email from either USPS or UPS. Orders generally arrive 2 to 5 days from their shipping date.

We currently only ship within the U.S., we do not offer international shipping but plan on adding this in the near future.

IN-STORE PICKUP

We do offer IN-STORE PICKUP for those individuals who are local to the Greater Charlotte Region. We ask that customers allow up to 24 hours for in-store pickup orders to be complete. Customers have 3 days to pickup their orders before it will be cancelled and refunded.
